Because when lovely, darling, gorgeous gentlemen and ladies (like Hiddles) are smiling in movie posters, they Photoshop out the wrinkles that make the smiles (and people) real.

When they talk about a smile “reaching your eyes” they’re not just talking about having a twinkle present.
